TECS was established in the year 2001. Some of the key players were providing similar services under the parent company –TECH-EXCEL since 1985.

We have extensive experience in application area of “Computerization of Pharmaceutical Marketing”. We have also understood “industrial marketing” and “Customer Relationship Management”.

TECS believes in “stepping into shoes of customer” and thus understand their requirements thoroughly. This attitude has resulted in systems and services which have been appreciated highly by our customers.

OUR CEO

MR. TARUN DESAI is the Chief Executive Officer of Tech-Excel Computer Services. He has about 20 years experience in designing and implementing computer systems.

He is recognized as an “expert” in computerization of marketing activities of pharmaceuticals. He has gained in-depth knowledge of this application based on his interaction with number of leading companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Abbott, Lupin, Unichem, Novartis, etc.

He was the consultant for designing an integrated information management system for garment manufacturing for Miltons.

Mr. Tarun Desai is also the CEO of Prime Products, a company engaged in distributing a wide range of rechargeable batteries in India. He designed a CRM system for Prime Products. Prime Products follows an elaborate system to test and recharge batteries which results in their product performing better than other suppliers. He has published several papers related to batteries and battery market.

He got his M.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Kentucky (USA) in 1979.Before this he got B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology,Kanpur in 1976.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Mrs. Vandana Shrivastava, the Technical Director of Tech-Excel Computer Services. With over 20 years of experience in IT, she has been leading all marketing and technical activities of Tech-Excel Computer Services since 2004.

She has successfully handled projects form leading clienteles in India like Merck Serono, Johnson & Johnson, Abbott, Sanofi, DCB Bank and many more.

With a background in Commerce and Honors in Software Management, she is an expert in her field. She has gained an in-depth understanding of business and has efficiently managed development of software applications. She has helped in expanding TECS and even providing solutions outside India.
